Your remit will include preparing and reviewing accounts to tight deadlines, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. In addition to managing the on-site Finance Team, you will also work closely with and support operational teams across the business to identify key areas of performance improvement and challenge ongoing operational/cost performance.You will also develop and maintain effective relationships with operational staff on-site to ensure appropriate internal controls and procedures are in place in addition to producing and monitoring KPI & Statistic Packs prior to presentation to customers.
Who we're looking for
The role will suit a qualified accountant with a proven track record in a similar role, who is seeking a role that will allow them to develop in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Strong IT & analytical skills will be as important as the ability to communicate financial and commercial observations to a diverse audience, including non-finance staff.
