Transport Line Manager

Reporting to the Transport shift Manager you be required to ensure the daily transport operation is running as efficient and cost effective as possible. You will ensure your team are briefed and compliant with all UK legislative requirements. Experience in a FMCG background, having worked closely within a unionised workforce is essential.

Who we're looking for
You will be a strong communicator with a proven track record of leadership at a supervisory level. You will be able to work well under pressure and have an emphasis towards customer service. You will be able to motivate and develop your staff ensuring all KPI's are achieved on a daily basis. CPC is preferred but not essential
