Good negotiating and influencing skills are essential, preferably with experience of buying for Fresh Produce. It is an environment where change happens fast, so

Who we're looking for
You will be an existing Buyer with experience of either a produce or fruit product area and will be of graduate calibre.You will have excellent negotiation and numeracy skills, strong commerciality and will have a demonstrable track record of growth in your category. An authority in your sector you will posses the creativity and ambition to produce the results required.
