My client, a highly successful Blue Chip Business, is currently looking to recruit an Interim HR Administrator to support the business through a busy period. They successful candidate will be based in their Wolverhampton based office for the duration of the assignment, which will last initially for a 6 month period with potential for extension / permanency thereafter. They will be tasked with providing an accurate and efficient HR administrative service for business and HR customers with respect to all aspects of the employee lifecycle (post recruitment), reward & recognition, performance management and employee relations. They will be an advocate of the company's HR policy and practice in support of the Employer Brand, Employee Proposition, culture, values and People Management Framework.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available and will have a strong proven background in HR Administrative support.A basic understanding of HR policy and procedures is highly desirable but not essential and an understanding of HR systems would also be an advantage.
