Head of Direct to Customer Sales

Managing upwards of 25 people withinfive departments, you will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities through effective management of these customer facing sales teams.
You will also lead the reorganisation and manage the day to day activities of these teams, while managing costs and expenditure within agreed budgets. In addition you will manage and develop the staff both individually and as a team.
This role is a hands on management role within a dynamic and growing organisation. You will be a pivotal link in the development of a customer service orientated environment to a thriving commercial sales business.
Challenging, diverse and very rewarding. You will be a proven man manager with a track record in sales and managerial success.

Who we're looking for
You will have vast experience in people management, coupled with a a track record of sales excellence. The ability to add real value to individuals, teams and the business as a whole is also sought.
Those who have had experience in managing change within an organisation will also be welcomed.
Dynamic, commercially aware, astute and professional man-managers.

What's on offer
