Assistant Manager in Cambridge in their standalone site . You will support the Store manager in the daily operations of this high class ladies fashion brand.

Who we're looking for
Candidates with:
- Strong leaderships, that have the ability to drive and inspire a team to succeed.
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales acumen,identifying commercial opportunities and utilising them.
- Focus on employee development, thriving from providing opportunities for the individual advancement of team members.
- A passion for fashion and experience in the retail industry is essential.
-Experience at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
