Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage all engineering, Service and maintenance for the production facilities.You will develop, and manage a clear strategy for planned and reactive maintenance, with clear goals for achieving reduced down time, breakdowns and reduced tooling costs. You will pro-actively manage a team of multi skilled engineers with budgetary control for the team. Use of lean tools in relation to continuous improvement of the engineering team.e.g.. SMED, RCA, TPM, CBM and Kiazen.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally be:
• Degree qualified or of graduate calibre and will have been involved in developing a team of people to maximise output and efficiency
• Experienced in the use of lean tools such as; SMED, RCA, TPM, CBM, Kiazen
• Good analytical and fault-finding skills
• Ability to prioritise and organise tasks, excellent planning techniques
• Safety focussed and risk adverse
