As a Director of Operations, you will have full accountability for the London and South East Estate. You will have a team of Regional managers at your disposal to help you deliver change and a culture shift towards retail and service. You will be fully accountable for your estate- key areas include:
• Development of senior operations team
• Full financial accountability for the region
• Delivering direction and clear messages to the operational team
• Driving cultural development and change within the business through your operators
Who we're looking for
You will be currently operating at a senior level in your current role within the retail or leisure industry. You will have a track record in managing and developing a senior operations team as well as exposure to reporting to a board/CEO/COO within a retail or leisure environment.
