We are looking for a Community Relations Manager, supporting the Head of Community Relations for the South West working within our clients UK Community Relations Team of UK Retail Banking.

The role will be regionally based in the South West, with the patch being Penzance to Slough. A company car will be provided and the successful candidate will be expected to be happy with this geographical spread and spending up to 3 days a week travelling.

Who we're looking for
• We are looking for someone who is very hands on with the ability to implement regional and national strategy.
•Has worked within a corporate environment but used to dealing with companies in the voluntary and charity sectors is also beneficial.
• Knowledge of public policy and the ability to deal with government bodies is also important.
• Able to write own press releases would be useful
• The successful candidate must be used to working within a Performance Management culture and being targeted, therefore a results orientation is crucial. (Targets are set around employee engagement)
