This is an exciting and somewhat unique role based in Jersey leading a team of HR professionals who deliver a first class service to an international asset management business with teams in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
As part of the global FS directorate you will be tasked with helping to develop and implement HR strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
• Development of Performance indicators
• Organisational Development
• Keeping abreast of HR Law and translating it into HR policy
• Recruitment of localised HR teams
• Training & Development
• Workforce planning
• Promoting an exceptional customer service culture
Who we're looking for
Above all we are looking for an emotionally intelligent and culturally aware individual who can demonstrate a track record of success within the Financial Services industry.
In addition you are likely to have:
• Post graduate HR qualification
• Organisational Development expertise
• HR policy development
• Knowledge of European employment legislation
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Strong statistical and budgetary skills
Candidates with knowledge of the Offshore sector and international Employment Legislation are particularly sought. Applicants with a working knowledge of any of the following languages; Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian, will have an advantage.
This role is based in Jersey and international travel is a requirement, as such candidates should be willing to relocate and travel.
