My client, a newly formed sales division for one of the UK's leading Online Property Marketing companies, is looking to recruit a Northern Home Counties based Business Development Manager. This role is working on the New Homes division and will involve face to face interaction with property development companies.
Within this role, you will be required to take potential sales from the early stages of direct presentations to the final stages of contract management. Due to the type of company you will be selling to, a consultative, solution based approach is needed and the role is as much about relationship building as it is direct sales.
This is a work from home role where a pro-active, self motivated person will be needed. As well as an excellent remuneration package, the successful candidate will enjoy career progression possibilities within this new and exciting team.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
• At least 3 years of successful New Business and Account Management sales
• Media or Directory experience is preferable but not required
• Ability to work to sales targets
