Based in London, you will be responsible for assisting in driving origination efforts for the advisory offering focusing on cross sector small/ mid cap transactions across the Central and Eastern European region with particular emphasis on Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine. The successful candidate will have overarching responsibility for deal execution overseeing the junior team.
The group has a proven track record in delivering advice to early stage businesses going through periods of rapid growth and providesseed and development capitaltoventures operating inthe CEE region through its own investment fund. Thisposition will also involve a high level of involvement in sourcing andevaluating investment propositions and managing the completion of investment deals.

Who we're looking for
The successful applicant will have a proven and extensive investment banking track record. Highly developed technical valuation, financial modelling and deal structuring skills will be combined with a highly commercial approach to developing business and excellent client relationship management skills. Previous experience covering the Central and Eastern European and Russian markets is essential. Fluency in Russian is highly advantageous.
