The Marketing Manager will take on the task of significantly increasing sales of its market leading Policy Automation solution, and generating a Marketing strategy for this solution.
Youwill:
• Plan, manage and implement all activities to generate new customer enquiries
• Construct and maintain Marketing plan and Strategy
• Take on ownership and maintenance of the company CRM system
• Design and maintain the company website
• Work with external agencies to bring in specific skills not available within the company
• Create white papers and case studies
• Generate and publicise PR material
• Design and implement agreed exhibition exhibits
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• Knowledge of working as a Marketing Manager in the software industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent planning skills
• A thorough understanding of solid marketing principles
• A self-motivated team player who can work pro-actively
• A keen determination to demonstrate success
• The ability to work well as part of a small team and enjoy working under pressure to meet deadlines
