Based in our clients Merseyside offices this role involves handling Commercial Debt Recovery matters for a range of businesses - from sole traders to national firms.
Our client takes a pragmatic, yet commercial, approach to all matters and places significant valueon strong negotiation skills -theypride themselves on their low percentage of cases going to trial.

Who we're looking for
Solicitor and/or paralegal required with a track record in debt recovery, commercial litigation, and enforcementmatters to support expanding team. The role requires a knowledgeable Commercial Litigator who is capable of hitting the ground running and proving advice to more junior staff members.

A specialist business-to-business debt recovery firm, our client has many years experience in this field. Our clients deals with a range of businesses from sole traders through to international PLC's, andhave actedon claims from less than £1,000 up to several million pounds.
