This is a general commercial based in fabulous offices in South West London. Whilst the role has a strong IT focus you will deal with a range on commercial agreements and will be required to draft and negotiate on behalf of the organisation with their portfolio of blue-chip clients. In particular you will be dealing with IT services supply and licensing agreements however you will be required to handle an additional ad hoc range of work.

Who we're looking for
You must be a fully qualified lawyer with a background in commercial law and preferably with experience of working in an in house environment. you will have some exposure to IT agreements in particular services and licensing agreements. Crucially you should be able to stand on your own two feet. Although there will always be support when required there are junior members of the team who will be looking to you for your assistance and guidance as will the Head of legal with whom you will be working very closely. You must also be happy to foster strong relationships with the commercial teams by using good business sense and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
