An opportunity work at one of the best fashion business as a store manager in High Wycombe. You will have full accountability for motivating and developing your senior management team as well as teams in store. You will look at the commerciality of the business and drive to exceed sales targets through your understanding of seasonal trends and demands, as well ensuring costs are in-line through the P+L.
Who we're looking for
You will have a real passion for the fashion industry and understand fashion trends. You will already be a store manager looking for a larger challenge or a senior deputy looking for your first post. You will have experience in managing at least a £2 million turnover. You will also be:
- Enthusiastic and driven to motivate.
-A real eye ofdetail and commercial opportunities.
- Strong People and communication skills.
