A Financial Services Organisation is looking for a legal counsel to join one of its London based offices on an initial contractual basis. You will be heavily involved in a range of corporate and commercial projects and will report directly into the general counsel.

Who we're looking for
You will be a legal counsel with experience from a top London law firm or comparative in-house institution. The successful candidate will have had some UK experience in either general commercial or corporate transactions. Some funds exposure would be beneficial but not essential.
