Head of Marketing

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for establishing and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth, revenue and profit across the business in order to exceed demanding business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering on-Plan revenues and Profit.
• Re-enforcing the Brand by defining and executing a coherent online and offline marketing strategy.
• Increasing customer traffic, conversion, AOV and repeat purchasing rate.
• Managing the customer database and all CRM activity.
• Monitoring and assessing relevant competitor activity and relative market positioning.
• Conceiving, implementing and managing promotions initiatives.
• Ensuring effective communication processes are established between Marketing and the other functional areas in the business.
• Optimising Search based ROI; including PPC and SEO.
• Developing and Managing our Affiliate strategy, including the necessary account management of affiliates.
• Managing external agencies (e.g. PR, design, print, data, email, mailing house, online marketing etc) and establishing new commercial partnerships.
• Developing the Marketing team to improve individual and team performance as well as supporting robust succession plans for the business.

Who we're looking for
A leading Marketer who has experience in the online market - retail would be advantageous.
