As Operations Support Manager you will work closely with the Operations Manager and a number of personnel within the organisation assisting the smooth running of a number of Decent Homesprojects within Peterborough.
With recent relevant experience within the Social Housing sector you will be passionate about the industry and be looking to develop your career within one of the UK's leading Social Housing organisations.
Ideally you will have a degree or qualification in a building related discipline and a proactive, target drivenapproach to your career.
With experience of PPM you will have a thorough understanding of all areas of planned maintenance programmes within the industry.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal Operations Support Manager will possess:
• A thorough understanding of, and passion for, Social Housing.
• Recent relevant experience of working in a similar role with a leading Social Housing organisation.
• Degree / Qualification in a building related discipline.
• First class communication and inter-personal skills.
• Sound financial acumen, report writing and presentation skills.
• A desire to develop your career within the sector with one of the leading names within the industry.
