Due to rapid expansion, a number of challenging opportunities have arisen for commercially-focused people managers who can demonstrate the ability to drive performance against KPIs. Operating an employment service for the unemployed, my client is challenged to discover innovative ways to move individuals off benefits and back into worthwhile jobs.
Your role will be to lead a team of personal and specialist advisors who are getting people back to work, training, coaching and motivating them to meet targets whilst maintaining exceptional levels of service. You will also be charged with developing and maintaining relationships with various partners such as Job Centre Plus and employers.
Key duties will include:
• Leading and Inspiring a team of advisors
• Meeting financial and non-financial targets, through clear goal setting and follow-through
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Reporting timely and accurate MI to Senior Operations Managers
• Ensuring high class customer service delivery

Who we're looking for
You will be commercial and entrepreneurial, a relationship builder at all levels and above all a fantastic man manager.
You will already be in a sales-focussed management role, preferably from a blue-chip background, and will have experience of working within a very people- and customer service-orientated environment.
You will have:
• Demonstrable experience of leading a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you will be a good influencer at all levels
• Professionalism and integrity
• Drive and resilience
• A degree or equivalent
