The overall operational management of approximately 18 stores through a team of Store Managers. Working closely with the regional support team (HR Manager, People Development Manager, Security Manager and Audit). • To deliver area Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) within budget.
• To deliver results in line with the defined people & leadership
• To lead and manage the store team to deliver the retail and regional business plan

Who we're looking for
• The ideal candidate will have relevant retail experience gained from within a fast moving FMCG or fashion retailer.
• They should demonstrate their creation of a wide network (internally and externally) and be actively using these contacts to further their own input, impact and influence.
• Exposure to operating within a multi -brand operation is highly desirable.
• They will have had some exposure to:
o Driving improvements in store standards.
o Operating within a change agenda - specifically the re-positioning of a major brand.
o Improving availability.
o Delivering results through others by active coaching and performance improvement.
o Building and delivering robust operational business plans.
o Delivering a targeted return on investment in new and re-branded stores.
