Unique opportunity to run fresh food counters within a retail centre environment, offering fresh produce, local suppliers and real autonomy. You will manage the fresh produce, with the aim of achieving the budgeted targets by offering a high level of customer service, balanced with efficient cost control, all within Company guidelines; and ensuring operation complies with all aspects of Health & Safety legislation

Who we're looking for
You will ideally have managed a similar operation previously, either a branded fresh based restaurant or fresh food management within a store. You will ensure excellent service standards throughout the team, personal service and in addition liaise with suppliers to ensure the best prices to match your budget.
You will beused to working whereyou have to be unique inyour product offering and dealing directly with head office and suppliers, negotiating cost and supply of local products.
