As a Branch Manager you will be tasked with leading and developing a multi skilled team to hit set targets and KPI's. Success in this role will be down to your drive to exceed expectations, your ability to get the most out of your team and the relationships with your pier group.

Who we're looking for
• A background in high street retail banking would be preferred but not essential.
• Experience of leading a team in a customer facing sales environment.
• Ability to provide evidence of achieving against personal & business targets.
