Our client, a leading food multiples retailer, is looking for Night Managers & Team Leaders across the West Midlands Area. Leading the Night operation is a fantastic way to develop your career; you will be responsible for a massive superstore overnight and be second in command behind the General Store Manager.

Your role will be crucial in managing the efficiency and trading patterns of the store because you must deliver retail standards through the largest team and labour spend in the store.

Who we're looking for
You will ideally have some volume retail experience. This may be in food non-food or DIY. You will be keen to get into a food environment and be looking to develop your career in on of the UK's largest businesses.

Our client is one of the UK's largest retailers. They are planning massive expansion and need the managers in place behind them to expand quickly and effectively.

What's on offer
Up to £35k for a Night Team Leader, Up to £28k for a Night Section Manager.
