This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in some of the most high profile programmes that are occurring, and are planned, in the Financial Services sphere. You will work alongside CxO level clients from leading financial services organisations with the aim of steering them through the process of intricate programmes of change and business transformation, ensuring that quality is always maintained and delivered.
As Senior Programme Manager Financial Services you will lead programmes encompassing regulatory change, programme turnarounds, platform implementation and post acquisition integration.
You will take charge of a highly energetic, diverse team, derived from a variety of backgrounds, with expertise ranging from consultancies through to Tier 1 financial services organisations. Coupled with this, you will also have significant career development opportunities, with the chance of experiencing a wide range of roles.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have:
• Been responsible for large programmes with a budget of over £10million and been accountable for the P&L of the programmes.
• You will be an accomplished and career driven, degree - qualified Senior Programme Manager, within a proven track record delivering transformation programmes in Financial Services institutions.
• You should ideally have experience of working with other leading consultancy organisations and have had considerable exposure to at least one area of Retail Banking, Insurance, Wholesale and Capital Markets.
• Intellectual firepower, an established network and rigour coupled with quality are also required in order to be successful in this role.
• You must also have worked with Senior Stakeholders, ideally at CxO level.
