The European Arm of my client was founded 7 years ago and has enjoyed strong year-on-year growth. It has reached the stage of development where it is looking to hire a senior professional who will be responsible for managing and growing the existing customer base.
This individual will:
• Ultimately, provide leadership across all client engagements for a book of business of approximately $10m
• Ensure our client delivers high quality solutions at acceptable gross margin levels
• Act as the leader focused on ensuring our clients brand creates value for its ongoing clients and in doing so maintains and fosters senior executive relationships across the client base
The selected candidate will manage and develop a team of 5-6 account managers (direct line management responsibility), as well as have local matrix'd responsibility for Consulting and Software client delivery teams (approx 10 staff) who are assigned to client engagements led by this individual
Who we're looking for
You will be a proven, senior man-manager who is currently responsible for the management and development of large accounts in a software and/or consulting environment (min. 5-10 years)
You will need to be able to demonstrate extensive experience in the Customer Loyalty/Customer Satisfaction or Customer Experience Management domain (either from a software/system or a consulting perspective)
