E-Commerce Sales Director

Job Role
The main target of this position is to develop the local brands online marketing strategy, both to maximize online sales across all E-commerce platforms and to work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness online.
- Generates all database and product content necessary to develop sites
- Generates marketing and special events calendars, local email campaigns, additional content partnership activities, banner advertising, and special features online.
- Serves as key contact between all relevant disciplines to maintain required timetables, ensure product database is updated, driving all phases of the monthly updates to meet live dates.
- Development of new content as needed, e.g. competitions, special events etc .
- Development of each program. Segmentation of database, based on purchasing behaviour since ecommerce launch (both shoppers - low, medium & high value and non shoppers).
- Overseeing monthly site content refreshes (to reflect the marketing calendar)
- Coordinates all internal internet communication within the affiliate to insure all departments (ie Training, Special Events, PR, and Consumer Communications) plan for/are aware of regular internet calendar. Works with marketing to insure proper sample forecasting is maintained for online activities
- Provides a monthly site activity reports including, key competitive internet sites and interesting/new market activities as they develop online
- Responsible for ongoing knowledge of internet development in local market, understanding trends and techniques that are most popular and keeping local marketing team informed of new technologies and strategies that might be valuable to M.Video websites
- Development of marketing strategy for syndicate and/or non-syndicated partners (sampling incentives, email marketing programs, special offers etc)
- Ensure brand P&L targets are met, specifically sales, cost control.
- Ensuring growth of sales figures (based on anniversaries)

Reporting to Sales Operations Director
Subordinates (direct reports and cooperation) - 3 specialists in Internet Marketing, cooperation with Commercial and Marketing Departments, Directors of hypermarkets.
