Wealth Management is a newly created business with huge potential to make a significant impact on the market, and play a considerable part in the well being of the Bank's customers.This role provides an exciting prospect for a Senior Business Analyst seeking an opportunity in a new and expanding arm of a leading London bank.
In this role you will report directly to the Head of Change Delivery. You will be required to lead a team of analysts across a programme or a number of smaller projects which are critical to the success of the business unit. You will work directly alongside senior stakeholders with the overall aim of producing compelling cost/benefit propositions for their programme.
As Senior Business Analyst you are responsible for the leadership, motivation, development and appraisal of team members. The role features the facilitation and orchestrating of change and transformation in terms of sales, operations, relationship management and technology.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a background in business analysis from the Financial Services sector:
• The role requires a highly motivated individual, with a good track record in business analysis skills, combined with the character to lead and influence a team of analysts, whilst also dealing with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of business analysis is essential, as well as an intimate understanding of the full life cycle experience.
• This role also requires that you be able to understand and solve complex business issues and their impact on the business of proposed solutions.
• You must also be able to plan, communicate and implement change ensuring all those affected fully comprehend the benefits, nature and effects of such changes.
