TheBusiness Improvement Consultant willbebased in the WestMidlands and be akey member of the HR team delivering process and performance improvement across the full range of HR activity using the Company Safer, Better, Faster tools and techniques.
This role will play an important part in the HR transformation programme as SAP is introduced and will be a key part of the HR SAP implementation team.
The main responsibilities of the role are;
• To facilitate HR teams as they review and align HR processes using the Safer Better Faster tool set to standardise & "lean" our processes.
• To ensure process measures are introduced and embedded
• To be the HR Safer Better Faster (lean) tool set expert and team leader
• Key member of HR SAP implementation team with a specific focus around the integration of SAP HR processes
• To undertake the detailed analysis of process data and management information
• To support HR programme of work (business cases, monitoring,metrics, communication)
Who we're looking for
• Experience of process analysis and process improvement
• Facilitation and team management experience<BR>• Previous experience of "lean" process improvement tools and techniques would be desirable
• Previous experience of HR ERP systems would be desirable
• Educated to degree or equivalent level
• Excellent data analysis & presentation skills
• Excel spread sheet skills to "intermediate level"
• Good communication & presentation skills
