As Partner Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and securing partner funding as well as taking responsibility for lead management and related ROI reporting.
Our client is looking for someone to fulfil the following accountabilities:
• Maintaining an up-to-date matrix of partner information
• Identify new partner funding opportunities
• Maintain partner relationships - meeting with partners and stakeholders as necessary.
• Brief and work with Finance department to raise invoices and chase for payment where necessary.
• Provide monthly report to Head of Marketing
• Track leads from Marketing into Telemarketing
• Manage pre-approvals. Before activity - Planning and scheduling timely pre-approvals driven by the Marketing Activity Plan. Working with Events, Campaigns and Communications to plan and submit for maximum funding.
• Manage claims. After activity - Working with Events, Campaigns and Communications to submit accurate and maximised claims with lead reports, invoices and any other documentation required.

The successful candidate will possess the following skill set:
• Highly motivated, organised and driven to attain and exceed targets
•A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with a tireless approach to administration and timing
• Forward thinking and able to identify funding opportunities
• Initiative and independence to take ownership of challenges
• Proven use of Microsoft Excel with a prowess for clear reporting

• Full UK driving licence and own car with willingness to travel to partner sites from time to time
