The Firm wishes to appoint a qualified and experienced Marketing Manager to bring a proactive and strategic direction to the Firms marketing activities and to address a number of key projects including;
• Support for the achievement of the Firm's ambitious fee income and profit objectives.
• Development and implementation of Divisional marketing plans for each team.
• The targeting of new business, the following up of key leads and the development of relationships with key referrers.
• A major project to design and implement the Firm's clients and contact database.
• Continued development of the Firm's website into a more integrated part of the service and a channel for additional income generation.
• An increase in internal communication and development of the marketing aspects of the intranet
• Development of new services
• Manage and direct the Marketing team.

Who we're looking for
Knowledge
Essential:
1. Degree level education or equivalent.
2. Professional marketing qualification-ideally CIM Diploma in Marketing.
3. Microsoft Office systems and experience of web content management systems, database management and e-marketing systems.
Desirable:
1. An understanding of the rural, commercial and/or residential property markets.
Experience<BR>Essential:
1. Minimum 5 years Marketing Manager role preferably in a Partnership.
2. Working with advertising and marketing services Agencies.
3. Commissioning market research.
4. Understanding of customer segmentation.
5. Budgeting and cost control.
6. Good people management skills, working with Partners and leading marketing staff.
Desirable:
1. Experience in sales.
2. Online marketing.
3. Brand development.
