An the Assistant Branch Manager working in Barnsley area you will report directly to your Branch Manager. You will work to pre-defined key performance indicators and targets that are set on a monthly basis. You will deal with the recruitment for the store and the staff training. Most importantly you will create a positive customer experience within the branch, constantly motivating your sales team to achieve and exceed their weekly targets.
Who we're looking for
• Industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in a one to one sales environment is essential.
