As a Store Manager Designate you will be accountable for your own business unit. You will have full P&L accountability, and drive the culture within your store. Your main focus will be to manage your Sales Manager who will deputise for you in your absence and a sales team of 5-10 people. We are looking for retailers who can set the tone for an entire store, engaging and inspiring customers and colleagues alike.

Who we're looking for
As a Store Manager Designate you must have a solid retail background and be able to demonstrate success and achievement in a retail sales environment at store management level. You must have excellent people skills and believe in providing first class customer service that will lead to first class sales. You will not have a hard sell ethos, but will be very driven by success. You will relish the opportunity to get the most out of your colleagues and take your store on to bigger and better things.
