Profit Protection Manager

To drive and develop world class standards of effective Profit Protection / Loss Prevention at branch, regional and company level, along with promoting operational excellence

To take a lead in pro-actively reducing leakage resulting from theft, fraud, process weakness and error using the new Loss Prevention tools provided
This role covers the full estate covering circa 1,900 branches and circa 10 distribution centres.
The role and department are relatively new to the business and is still evolving, there are currently 6 security managers with the intention to grow this year.
The Profit Protection team forms part of the overall Internal Systems and Audit function.

Who we're looking for
Essential:
• Commercially aware
• Good understanding of Profit Protection / Loss Prevention techniques
• Analytical mind with attention to detail
• Good understanding of detection, deterrent and monitoring techniques

Desirable:
• Understanding of Continuous improvement techniques
• Understanding of project management techniques
• Qualified to interview under PACE regulations
