This is a key role within the Buying team with a spend of around £100m and a complex and broad supplier base. You will build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating the best deals with major suppliers and influencing internally and externally to achieve the best commercial results.
This is a challenging and tough environment within a world renowned business and this role offers incredible exposure to high profile buying decisions.

Who we're looking for
A strong track record in wholesale or retail buying from a large, blue chip organisation.
A fearless approach and the ability to learn a complex product category quickly.
Able to build strong commercial relationships and highly influential style.
Knowledge of the medical/surgical product industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
