Thisprestigious organisation is seeking to appoint a commercially astuteFinancial Controllerwho is able to provide advice to the Finance Director, Chief Executive and the corporate management team to ensure business performance and financial corporate governance commitments are met in an effective and timely manner. Ensuring the organisation's financial risks are properly managed and development of the finance function to provide high quality services that meet customer service levels whilst seeking to improve efficiency and performance.

Managing a growing team, you will lead the financial planning and forecasting processes and develop, monitor and manage accounting practices and financial controls. Provide robust financial management information systems to inform management decision-making and performance monitoring and to provide a financial challenge to business activities.

Who we're looking for
An experienced CCAB qualified finance professional with a track record of success in financial management at a senior level.
• A strategic thinker who is capable of taking the broader view and able to participate in setting long term strategy.
• Experienced in developing and continuously improving financial planning and management processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate the finance team in providing rigorous challenge to business and project managers on the effective use of resources.
• A strong customer focuses in the delivery of the financial function.
• Good communicator able to be highly credible with management and stakeholders.
