Hands on accountant required for this small operation based in Cardiff

Who we're looking for
Experience + 2 years. Creating Bank Reports, Forecasting, Budgets. Payroll (liaise with third party), Setting up and monitoring the revenue and capital budgets, Payment of invoices, Post and Reconcile cheques, Deal with all finance queries.

Desirable -Care/ Education/ dealing with Local Authorities experience<BR>
Desirable -Management of Finance Dept & Processes. Confidentiality, organisational skills, prioritising and accuracy & attention to detail skills

Excellent Time Management and prioritising; Multi-tasking; Flexible (Tasks & Hours)
