• Reporting to the Sales Director the regional sales manager will be responsible for directing and managing the activities of the sales team.
• You will be responsible for recruiting and developing a team of Business Development Managers. You will provide a monthly report on the activities of the sales function and deliver training in new products and sales related issues.
Who we're looking for
• You will have solid commercial experience and a proven track record of managing and developing managers.
• You will be an outstanding leader of both people and projects with the ability to adapt your management style to deliver maximum performance from all employees.
• You will ideally have an interest in micro-generation products / insulation products and experience of dealing with mid-management in local authorities.
