As Head of Construction Investments, you will be responsible for leading the business into the Investments market. Currently working heavily within the public sector arena my client already operates heavily within PFI frameworks but is looking to develop the business into an investment vehicle in order to drive more construction activity through their construction division.

You will be responsible for developing an investments division within the leading regional contractor and identify investment opportunities within PFI, PPP and BSF markets. You will then lead the business through the bid and be responsible for securing the work and leading the investment vehicle.

Who we're looking for
Ideally from a Construction background you will have moved into the investments arm of a construction company and have a proven track record in leading successful bids in the public sector investments market. You will have responsibility for overseeing the D&B, FM, Legal & Financial and possibly the ICT aspects of the bid. You will have a strong understanding of the design aspects of the bid as well as the commercial management and financing models. You will have led bids through financial close as either minority of majority equity stakeholder.

You will be responsible for growing this division from its inception and this role has the opportunity to develop into a Board Level position.
