Working closely with the Finance Director and Sales and Operations teams you will be responsible for the delivery of profit improvement initiatives. This will entail significant involvement with the board and will require you to influence decision making both internally and externally. You will manage a team of 12 accountants and will be responsible for a large budget. This role will require you to have significant input in to the strategic plans of the business.
Who we're looking for
A qualified accountant with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You will be a proven negotiator capable of leading and inspiring a team. You must possess exceptional business awareness and have an appreciation and understanding of profit drivers. You will be passionate andhighly motivated.
