This role is ultimately responsible for effective delivery of the Mobile proposition plans (PAYG & Pay Monthly) by driving tactical programmes through mobile business unit and the sales channels in a coordinated way.
The person in this role will continually understand the real time and planned performance including acquisition volume, RGU mix, tariff mix, revenue per sale, channel specific performance and lead the development of recovery / stretch plans as required across the business.
Who we're looking for
• A detailed exposure to sales/channel/account management with a proven track record of delivery against commercial KPI's alongside driving products/propositions to market
• Experience of working with a mobile network or retailer preferred but not essential
• Strong track record of delivery against commercial KPIs
• Proven track record in leading, developing and executing acquisition strategy
• Proven track record in leading thinking with senior management
• Strong analytical skills are a must for this person coupled with the ability not only to formulate strategy but also the ability to deliver strategy
