Our clientis seeking to recruit an accountant with a proven track record in strategic leadership as its new Head of Finance. The post holder will have responsibility for providing first-class accounting, as well as developing the commercial aspects of the business, working closely with the Executive Director and other senior management colleagues.
The post holder will be a senior member ofthe management team and will be involved in strategic development.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates should be qualified Accountants who have a desire to help drive and develop all aspects of a complex operation.
• Experience of financial management within a not-for-profit organisation would be an advantage, as would a good understanding of employment law.
• A passion for and personal experiences from within Arts/Theatrewould be helpful
