As Warehouse Manager for a Newcastle SMES FMCG Organisation, reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a team of staff supplying chilled and ambient food to retail and catering outlets. You will be responsible for Goods In, Order Picking and despatch across a 2 shift system. Resource allocation and the performance monitoring of your team will be other key elements to this role.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strongman manager, with experience of managing a busy shift. Leadership skills and the ability to be hands on when required are imperative in this role. A background in frozen food/ ambient food warehousing will be looked upon favourably.
