The Campaign Manager will be based in our clients' London offices, you will be responsible for developing and executing and PR and marketing programmes fortheirproducts and Solutions. Oversee all marketing, advertising, PR, promotional activities, events and telemarketing activities from planning to tactical execution and measuring against metrics. This role reports to the Head of Marketing Communications.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the marketing of our products and solutions to the PR and communications sector
• Develop and execute on demand generation campaigns that lead into sales opportunities for the sales team
• Build local media relationships and achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage formy clientand its products across all available media.
• Help develop quarterly marketing plans in conjunction with sales department which details activities to follow during the quarter and beyond, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
• To manage the delivery of all marketing activity within an agreed budget and measuring success against spending
• To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution, web and direct marketing activities
• Experience in rolling out marketing activity within UK including major events organization, campaign definition and roll out over multiple marketing vehicles.
• Planning, coordinating and attending the activities & events as required
• Planning, coordinating and attending relevant planning meetings with sales and other departments in the London office and other UK based offices as required
• Selecting, briefing and working closely with all the relevant suppliers to successfully deliver all activities / events
• Monitoring and ensuring all activities / events fall within their allocated budget
• Completing all general marketing administration as required
• Producing reports [metrics and communication] as requested and distributing them to relevant internal and external parties

Required Skills and talents
• Relevant marketing experience
• Experience of working in a small team with high demands with the ability to multi task
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and PR to meet organizational objectives.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Proven ability to oversees all marketing, PR, advertising and promotional activities.
• Know all aspects of Online Marketing including analysis of tactical initiatives by using the company CRM system .
• Excellent written, oral and customer presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent Copy Writing skills
• Self-motivated and with demonstrable ability to work as part of an extended team with minimal supervision
• Adept in managing many tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
• Skilled in creative thinking
• Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills.
• Experience, credibility, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within large, fast growing organizations.
