The Consumer Relations Representative will have responsibility for the handling and response of all consumer contacts for my client based in the central London office. Key areas include:
• ensuring that every contact is dealt with in a highly professional and timely manner in line with the clients' premium beauty' company ethos
• elevation of any serious consumer complaints quickly so they can be handled swiftly.
• monitoring of consumer contacts and reporting on trends.
• interacting with R&D with queries.
• development of strong product range understanding to answer enquiry's knowledgably.
• encouraging consumers to try additional products in the portfolio.
• leaving consumers with the feeling that they have experienced a premium consumer service.
Who we're looking for
The Consumer Relations Representative will have
• A proven track record in Consumer Services.
• Experience in understanding and managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong level of English both written and verbal.
• Experience of working with premium brands and CRM programs would be an advantage.
