Job Role
As the Group Financial Reporting Manager, your key responsibilities will be the following:
- Analyse and interpret the group's results to report them to the Board & Executives
- Oversee the corporate consolidation and reporting processes, including supervision of a more junior staff member
- Provide expert technical advices to colleagues on financial reporting matters, with a particular focus on IFRS
- Support the wider finance team on other projects including corporate finance / merger and acquisition activity
-Provide leadership in multi-disciplinary finance projects
Who we're looking for
- You are a fully qualified accountant, preferably with a Big 4 background, with demonstrable experience in a similar role and a convincing technical basis in International Financial Reporting Standards
- You have an experience in legal consolidations
- You are fluent in English
- You are able to multi-task and keep various projects moving
- You have good communication and relationship-building skills
- You have an up-to-date understanding of IFRS, including future trends
- You have a sense of humour and a deep understanding of people
- You have the abilility to work under pressure
