Leading South African investment bank based in Sandton, South Africa requires a Business Analyst, Production Credits to play a key role in their dynamic team.
Job Role
This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the implementation of value add production credits for the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities division. The candidate will take ownership of the project and drive it through to completion, with responsibilities including: analysing current performance measurement methodology; designing and managing the implementation plan and full project ownership including change measurement elements. In addition you will be charged with providing a comprehensive analysis of proposed methodologies. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence colleagues at all levels is required in order to educate the sales, structuring and trading teams and facilitate the buy-in of proposed new methodology.
Who we're looking for
It is essential that the successful candidate demonstrate excellent understanding of the various sales and structuring businesses within a Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities department of a large bank or financial institution. In addition to have experience in the production credit area, you will also have experience working on full project life cycles. It is also important that you are an excellent communicator at all levels, since you will be interacting with the management team, desk heads, traders and technology teams.
