Project Office Manager

The Project Office Manager will take primary responsibility for the establishment, development and delivery of the Programme Plan for all projects within the international payments division of the bank. You will work with all members of the project teams to ensure the programmes are delivered to time, cost and quality and that relevant tracking and reporting is adhered to. You will drive the delivery of project work streams and maintain the overall project roadmap, whilst implementing rigorous project management methodologies and disciplines across the division. You will report directly to the Head of the PMO.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have experience as a Project Office Manager/PMO manager.
In addition:
• you must have experience of planning a project that has delivered process implementation
• you will have excellent knowledge of project management systems, methodologies and processes
• you will be comfortable and effective operating with stakeholders, including senior management and must be a credible manager capable of influencing others
• ideally you will have a project management qualification (otherwise you will study for this in your first year in the role)
