Six Sigma Black Belt needed for a large Blue Chip manufacturing business based in Luton.
Initiating & leading the implementation of projects to deliver world class manufacturing standards.
The person appointed will be responsible for initiating and leading the implementation of projects to spread best practice and to deliver world class manufacturing standards within Security Products. Your success will be a major contributor to the future success of Security Products.

The role will have demanding performance measures
- Delivering the overall cost of quality reductions within the strategic plan (A reduction of 50% over the plan period)
- Maintaining momentum of My Contribution (At least maintaining the value delivered annually compared to 0708 actual and to grow the number of ideas and projects generated each year)

Who we're looking for
To be effective across all the businesses within Security Products, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be able to influence at all levels of the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate
- Significant manufacturing experience including implementation of modern manufacturing techniques
- Experience in deploying a measurement based manufacturing improvement process
- Ability to impact and influence the internal organisation and manage issues to resolution
- A through understanding of Continuous Improvement within a broad manufacturing environment.
