An international company is recruiting for a Finance Business Analyst. The role is based in Swansea, South Wales
• Create and manage the cost plan.
• Work with the Financial Site Controller to develop and generate quarterly operational cost targets.
• Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving forecast accuracy and automating the forecasting process.
• Establish and drive a variance analysis process on an ongoing basis. Identify cost-saving measures and models to drive maximum productivity.
• Develop, communicate and implement the cost management plans by successfully partnering with cross-functional departments.
• Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information.

Who we're looking for
The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
• Graduate calibre individual
• ACCA / CIMA Finalist or newly qualified
• Technical skills to include: Excel, Access, Essbase and Cognos
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Excellent analysis skills
